AFRO MARKETING & SERVICES was incorporated on August 24, 1994 under the name AFRO MARKETING . As the Company’s progressively the name of the Company was changed from AFRO MARKETING TO AFRO MARKETING & SERVICES PRIVET Limited in 2010. In recognition of the Company’s multi-business portfolio encompassing a wide range of businesses – Marketing, Services, Information Technology, FMCG, Agri-business, Foods, Lifestyle Retailing, Education & Stationery and Personal Care- the full stops in the Company’s name were removed effective May 5, 2010. The Company now stands rechristened ‘ AFRO MARKETING AND SERVICES PRIVET LIMITED ‘.
